Our seniors , who works at this organization, informed us about this opportunity. After taking the assessment test and going through an interview, we were fortunate to be selected for the position. I am sincerely thankful for the opportunity to become a member of this organization.

Q1 – What brings you to work?
The opportunity to solve complex problems, continuously learn and grow, and contribute to innovative projects is what drives my passion for software development. A positive work culture, supportive environment and a motivated team brings me to work.
Q2- What has been a big learning moment in your career?
Big Learning moment in my career is when i was working in my first project and faced various challenges. It challenged me to dive deep into unfamiliar domains and collaborate closely with experts from various disciplines. This experience taught me the importance of effective communication, adaptability, and continuous learning. It. expanded my problem-solving abilities and reinforced the value of teamwork in delivering successful software solutions.
Q3- What was your best day at work?
One of the most fulfilling moments at work was when our dedication and innovative ideas were acknowledged and valued. It made us feel proud and motivated to put in even more effort. When we get spot awards for our effort that makes our day.
Q4- What’s something that happened that can only happen here?
We all are working remotely since one year. but when we get together in an outing organized by the company in Bangalore, It felt very familiar with the peoples here even after meeting them for the first time.

Q5 – What’s the best advice you were ever given and who was it from?
Always have a growth mindset eventually everything will fall in place. Just give your effort and result will be taken care of. Keep trying, keep learning and growing.

I love to get into Dancing and sculpting.

Currently i am reading two books. one is mindset: The new psychology of success and another is Get Epic Shit Done by Ankur Warikoo.
