How you got to know about Augmento labs and joined us?
I had worked with Anurag in our previous organization EFI. So, when Anurag approached me and explained me his vision, I started working with him in my after office hours and then I finally decided to completely go on this journey with him as I was excited by the work and opportunities.
Work
Q1 – What brings you to work?
The work we do is amazing and there is lot of learning for me everyday so that excites me a lot personally.
Q2- What has been a big learning moment in your career?
I can’t really think of a single learning but if I have to pick one then I will go with the time management using Eisenhower’s Urgent/Important Matrix. I will suggest everyone to read it once.
Q3- What was your best day at work?
Again not easy to pick just one as everyday is the best and exciting. But, if I have to pick one then the first project we got as a company which made us start on this exciting journey.
Q4- What’s something that happened that can only happen here?
Working on so many exciting and new technologies and no limitation to someone’s learning. Also, the an open 2-way communication across the company.

Q5 – What’s the best advice you were ever given and who was it from?
The best advice which I have got is “Always assume the intentions of other person to be correct in whatever they are doing, even if it had caused you some problem. That way you can avoid and resolve lot of conflicts.” I cannot pin this advice on a single person as I heard it many times in my life from multiple people but one person who follows it religiously is Anurag.

Currently not reading anything but I have “Beyond Possible” from Nimsdai Purja in my list.
