How you got to know about Augmento labs and joined us?
I was looking for a job change, and I got to know about Augmento Labs through Vivek from BizEE. He was kind enough to explain about the company’s work culture, policies and how happy the employees at Augmento Labs are. I attended a couple rounds of interviews and got an offer soon after.

Q1 – What brings you to work?
My passion towards coding and the hope of learning something new each day.
Q2- What has been a big learning moment in your career?
When I was a fresher (coming from ECE background) and I looked around, saw people coding in different languages and technologies – that was when I realised that there is a lot for me to learn and explore in this field.
Q3- What was your best day at work?
A lot actually, like when I get to learn/code in a new language or when I could close a difficult task before leaving for the day.
Q4- What’s something that happened that can only happen here?
Things that have more chances of happening here – good recognition from management, helpful and supportive team members, ample opportunities overall.

Q5 – What’s the best advice you were ever given and who was it from?
Hard Work is worthless for those that don’t believe in themselves
Q6-What’s one hobby you’d love to get into?
Travelling.
