How you got to know about Augmento labs and joined us?
Anurag, one of the founders, and I had worked together at EFI, he felt that my skills will bring the diversity needed in the team and the company. I have always known Anurag as a strong technical leader, so when he explained his vision and plan, I immediately knew this was the right place to be and I joined.
Work
Q1 – What brings you to work?
We have an amazing young team. We work on exciting technologies and there is a level of freedom available to choose my own path to reach our collective goals. It keeps me motivated.
Q2- What has been a big learning moment in your career?
I can’t identify just one moment, learning is a continuous process and we at Augmento Labs are very open about it. We like to try different ways to solve challenges, we learn from our mistakes, improve our successes and get better everyday.
Q3- What was your best day at work?
Everyday. I think I can’t function at the current energy level, if I don’t feel it is my best day at work. I am sure that even more exciting days are ahead of us.
Q4- What’s something that happened that can only happen here?
Magic happens when right set of people come together to reach a common goal. We have built expertise in niche technologies in such a short span of time and with exceptionally motivated team. I think that is rare.

Q5 – What’s the best advice you were ever given and who was it from?
Time is money, you will realize it once you will reach my age. Don’t waste it on petty things. Create something that you are happy about every day. ~My Father.
Q6- What’s one hobby you’d love to get into?
I want to do so many things swimming, flying, teaching, cooking and yes robotics. I have created quite a few of robots.
